SmartReviewShield AI provides customer feedback and review management software for local businesses. Our tools enable business owners to display direct shortcuts to public review platforms and provide an open private feedback channel for customer care.
We provide an initial 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access to the dashboard and AI features is billed at $49 USD/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The 7-day free trial allows you to test the software with zero payment or card commitment. Once the trial ends and paid subscription charges occur, payments of $49/month are non-refundable for the active billing cycle. Cancellation stops all future renewals. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active cycle. For accidental billing inquiries, contact support within 7 days.
Business owners are solely responsible for ensuring their interactions with customers remain truthful, authentic, and compliant with all relevant platform guidelines and consumer protection standards.
