Following the conclusion of your 7-day free trial, continuing active portal access and dashboard features is billed at $49 USD per month on a recurring basis. All subscriptions are billed in advance for each 30-day billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings or by sending an email to our support team at smartreviewshield@gmail.com.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to your portal and standees until that period concludes, after which you will not be billed again.
Because we provide a 7-day free trial allowing business owners to thoroughly test the platform prior to any payment, monthly subscription fees of $49/month are non-refundable once billed for the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced an unintended duplicate charge, or experienced technical interruptions that our team was unable to resolve, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at smartreviewshield@gmail.com. We review all requests promptly and issue refunds where appropriate.
