SmartReviewShield AI collects business profile information (business name, owner name, category, and public Google Maps review URLs) and customer feedback notes submitted voluntarily via the feedback portal.
Feedback data is used exclusively to display inquiries on your private business dashboard and generate AI-assisted care responses. We never sell, rent, or monetize your patient or customer data to third parties.
When customers choose to post reviews on Google Maps, their interactions are governed directly by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. SmartReviewShield AI does not modify, gate, or store Google account credentials.
All dashboard communications and feedback records are encrypted in transit and stored in enterprise-grade cloud databases with strict access controls.
